LumaFocus Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LumaFocus mobile application. By using LumaFocus, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the app
LumaFocus provides timer, focus, break, and ambient-audio tools intended to support productivity and focus. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. License and access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LumaFocus for personal, lawful use on supported devices.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app beyond what law permits
- misrepresent the app, developer, or source of the software
4. App availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect operation on every device or operating-system version.
5. Third-party services
LumaFocus may rely on third-party services such as Google Fonts and, in ad-enabled builds, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for parts of the user experience. Those services may have their own terms and policies that apply to your use of them.
6. No warranty
LumaFocus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LumaCraft Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
