LumaScan Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LumaScan mobile application. By using LumaScan, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the app
LumaScan provides document scanning, image editing, OCR text recognition, and PDF export tools. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan and process the documents you use with this app.
2. License and access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LumaScan for personal, lawful use on supported devices.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
LumaScan offers a Pro subscription that unlocks premium features such as advanced OCR and removes advertisements. Subscriptions are managed through your app store account (Google Play). Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity
- scan documents you do not have the legal right to copy or process
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app beyond what law permits
- misrepresent the app, developer, or source of the software
5. App availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect operation on every device or operating-system version.
6. Third-party services
LumaScan may rely on third-party services such as Google Fonts, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google ML Kit for OCR, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Those services may have their own terms and policies that apply to your use of them.
7. No warranty
LumaScan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LumaCraft Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
