LumaCraft Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LumaCraft ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the LumaCraft mobile application.
1. Information we process
LumaCraft is a video editing application. Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- videos and media files that you choose to import for editing
- edited exports that you choose to save to your device gallery
- subscription and entitlement status used to determine access to Pro features
- advertising state for free-tier users, including whether ad requests are allowed
- basic technical and purchase response data returned by integrated service providers
2. Media access and storage
LumaCraft accesses videos or other media only when you explicitly choose them for editing or exporting. Media is processed for the purpose of previewing, editing, exporting, and saving your content back to your device.
We do not claim ownership of your media. Your media remains under your control.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
LumaCraft offers free and Pro functionality. Subscription and purchase handling may use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage purchases, entitlements, renewals, and restore flows.
Purchase processing is handled by the relevant billing platform. We do not receive your full payment card details.
4. Advertising
LumaCraft may show ads to free-tier users. Ad serving may use Google AdMob. Pro users are intended to have an ad-free experience.
AdMob and related advertising partners may process device and app interaction data in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.
5. Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party services including:
- Google Play for billing and app distribution
- RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management
- Google AdMob for ad delivery to eligible free-tier users
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited operational data with service providers only as needed to deliver billing, entitlement, ad, and app functionality.
7. Data retention
Media files may be temporarily processed on-device for editing and export. Retention of subscription or service-provider data depends on the applicable third-party platforms and their policies.
8. Your choices
- You may choose whether to import media into the app.
- You may manage subscriptions through your Google Play account.
- You may choose not to use Pro features that require a paid subscription.
9. Children's privacy
LumaCraft is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law for independent consent. If you believe data was provided inappropriately, contact us using the support email listed above.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
