LumaCraft Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the LumaCraft mobile application. By using LumaCraft, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the app
LumaCraft provides video editing and export tools. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the media and content you import, edit, export, or share. You must have the rights necessary to use that content.
3. Free and Pro features
LumaCraft offers a free tier and a Pro tier. Free-tier exports may include feature limits, watermarking, and advertising. Pro unlocks may include higher export resolutions, higher frame rates, watermark removal, and ad removal.
4. Subscriptions and billing
If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by Google Play or another applicable store platform. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your store account settings before renewal.
Refunds, billing issues, and subscription management are generally controlled by the applicable app store policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity
- attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app beyond what law permits
- misuse subscriptions, purchases, restore flows, or promotional access paths
6. Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Third-party services
LumaCraft may depend on third-party services such as Google Play, RevenueCat, and Google AdMob. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or available on every device in every condition.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LumaCraft Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
